Barbara Ann Dees, a native of Chickasaw and a resident of Thomasville, died Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at an area hospital. She was 66.

Dees was a member of Chilton Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Clifford Dees Jr. of Thomasville; two daughters, Teresa Hall of Sweet Water and Glenda Goodman of Scyrene, Ala.; two sons, James E. Dees of Chatom and Wayne Dees of Scyrene; four sisters, Mary Hardin and Norma Jean Carraway, both of Chickasaw, Ruby Dixon of Mobile and Miriam Sawach of Sacramento, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be tonight, from 6 to 9 at Chilton Baptist Church, where services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Four Points Cemetery in Tibbie.
